competition.
Every class moves through the same four foundations, drilled, refined, and sharpened on the tournament floor at the Singapore Karate Classic with invited guest Daihyo Masanaga Nakamura.
Fundamentals. Stances, strikes, blocks, and kicks repeated until they live in the body.
Prescribed forms that pass down the technical and spiritual lineage of Kyokushin.
Full-contact sparring, the discipline that defines Kyokushin and forges real spirit.
Practical application of Kyokushin technique for everyday situations and personal safety.
